    initial v1
11I'd suggest first contacting the developers of the infringing apps, mentioning that they're a license violation-- they might not even realize they've violated the GPL in posting these apps without also releasing the source code. (This has happened in the past.)

3 If that's not effective, I've found several pages, such as [http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2010/05/what-you-can-do-when-junk-apps-invade-the-app-store.ars this one] and [http://www.marco.org/2010/05/06/thats-a-problem this one], that say to contact '''appstorenotices (at) apple (dot) com'''. Although the pages in question are about copyright violations in the iOS app store, I would suppose the same address is checked for the Mac OS one as well.
3If that's not effective (and that may very well be the case-- both developers appear to be rather dodgy), I've found several pages, such as [http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2010/05/what-you-can-do-when-junk-apps-invade-the-app-store.ars this one] and [http://www.marco.org/2010/05/06/thats-a-problem this one], that say to contact '''appstorenotices (at) apple (dot) com'''. Although the pages in question are about copyright violations in the iOS app store, I would suppose the same address is checked for the Mac OS one as well.
